For decades, I’ve had a heart for women.
I’ve walked alongside refugee women from all corners of the world, helping them
with their integration into the nation of Norway, and working with them through their
psycho-social traumas following war, loss, abuse, marriage struggles and more.

During this time I studied Family Therapy in order to work better with these women
and their families. Here in New Zealand I have worked as a mindset, transformational and relationship life coach for many years locally because of referrals. This has mainly
been with abused, isolated, overwhelmed younger women, or those with suicidal
ideation. This has been nearly always voluntary work.

While it is my absolute desire to see all women set free from fear, low self-esteem,
and depression to restore genuine value and self worth within, I developed a desire to
extend an invitation especially to the woman 45+ who perceives the benefit of seeing
beyond the familiar, from where they are now to where they want to be. I now believe
too, that the time has come for me to develop a respected
business in order to continue the work I love and be enabled to serve many more.
My coaching includes awakening the woman’s raw potential, awakening the best in
the client (her inner spark, inner light.) The woman will be guided towards a more functional understanding of how the mind works to new fresh thinking propelling them forward to knowing their purpose, significance, giving fresh hope in today’s environment, no matter their background, no matter what has happened in the past.

Initially I trained as a nurse, then became a Family Therapist, Spiritual Director,
Multi Systemic Therapist, and have studied RTT (rapid transformational therapy) +
art therapy techniques to accompany my work as a Certified Life Coach, when and if
they are deemed necessary. As a prophetic artist I may draw on that as well for the
woman who responds mostly to the visual. I am also a Certified Business Coach,.
